Sleep workshop: learn how to sleep well and live better

Do you struggle to sleep? Do you worry about sleep and feel tired all the time? Do you want to stop taking sleeping pills?

And after the great success of our last workshop and feedback from those who attended, Kathryn Pinkham is hosting another afternoon session where you can learn how to get in the habit of a good night’s sleep.

The workshop is a step-by-step, evidence based treatment for insomnia. The programme is repeatedly shown to be one of the most effective treatments for long-term insomnia and as a result, the NHS recommends this CBT-i treatment.

Here’s how Kathryn’s workshop improved Nicky’s sleeping habits.
