And after the great success of our last workshop and feedback from those who attended, Kathryn Pinkham is hosting another afternoon session where you can learn how to get in the habit of a good night’s sleep.
The workshop is a step-by-step, evidence based treatment for insomnia. The programme is repeatedly shown to be one of the most effective treatments for long-term insomnia and as a result, the NHS recommends this CBT-i treatment.
Places are very limited – we’re only looking for around 10 people to take part.
And we’re offering this at a special price of only £45 (usually £125) – which includes the workshop itself and follow-up help and support.
