I am passionate about nurturing the whole being through massage and common-sense nutritional advice. I serve women from pre pregnancy to menopause and beyond. I believe in eating real food as much as possible to aid in healing and recovery and to cleanse our bodies, mind and soul. I love to forage in the summer for berries and make an elixir from these to serve my health in the winter. And I love to be by the seaside and take walks in nature to feel free.
