I'm the marketing and communications manager for Radio Newark and presenter of the station's women's programme, Girls Around Town. I also manage several websites, including my own girlsaroundtownonline. and those of two world champion kickboxers. When I'm not writing or broadcasting, my passions are shopping, holidays in Italy and weight training.
