About Lisa Williams

I work as a National Account Director for the Institute of Customer Service. Although I live in London and work from home I spend my time travelling the length and breadth of the country meeting with my team and clients. I work in earnest to find a healthy work/life balance. I recently became one of less than 500 women to have swum the English Channel and have spoken at a few events about it - I am loving inspiring people to try something different.
